Load change compensation device
(LWAV)
The load exchange compensation device developed by UniMaTec is a real milestone for the embossing of tissue products. By switching off the internal clearance in the system, the possibility of the rollers vibrating is reduced to a minimum.
This increases the service life of the rollers and the layer adhesion is much more even. This is particularly important with the flat shapes of up to 0.2 mm required today.
Quick adjustment
A special focus of our work lies in the
continuous optimization of the embossing process.
An example of this are the UniMaTec "point-surface" roller sets with quick adjustment.
This system, developed and patented by us, enables you to change the embossing gap quickly and reproducibly in a matter of seconds.
Embossing gap selection device
(PSWV)
The embossing gap selection device is a gap setting with 4 preset gap dimensions.
This helps the machine operator to easily adapt the embossing gap to the material during production.
